In an attempt to provide added value to our visitors and advertisers, Home Owner Services of America is currently testing a "live help" solution at HomesOfGreaterCincinnati.com.
The mission of our "Live Help" system will be multi-faceted. On the user side we will be using it to assist those visitors on the site who may be having trouble finding the way around, or with real estate searches. Data collected over time will be used to make the site more user friendly is needed, or to generate ideas for the development of additional content areas or features.
For advertisers, we hope to use the system to assist you with any issues you may have with getting listings posted, modifying listing information, or... any additional assistance you may require with the functions available in your admin panel. Again... all the while we will be documenting issues we resolve in order to determine what future enhancements to that side of the site are needed to make us the most user friendly possible.
We are excited about the possibilities, and knowledge that can be had from the use to make all of our sites the easiest to use on the Internet for real estate searches and function.
